I was wondering if there were others out there that are also sick of these non-stop campaigning cycles that have become commonplace here in the United States?  Maybe it’s time for a national referendum that would limit the campaign season for national elections to a maximum of three months in duration?  Really now, if you cannot explain your political positions in a three month campaign, you have a huge communication problem.
