		<content type="html">&lt;P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; FONT-FAMILY: 'Trebuchet MS'; mso-bidi-font-size: 10.0pt; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;I certainly hope that we can generate a GRASSROOTS ground swell for this referendum.&lt;SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;From my observation, it would seem that these non-stop campaigning seasons tend to overshadow everything else that might be happen in our day-to-day news cycle.&lt;SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;Could I suggest that most of the potential candidates are active politicians who are supposed to be doing their elected job, not spending their time out on the stump filling their campaign war chests?&lt;SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;There are other national governments that have placed shorter time limits on the campaign process for elections, and I see no practical reason why the United States of America could not do the same.&lt;SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;So please join me in this effort to get this sort of national referendum on the ballot. &lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</content>
